Senior Digital Account Manager

Owning a portfolio of retainer clients, the remote Senior Digital Account Manager will serve as a strategic partner, proactively identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets, and ensuring the delivery of impactful digital solutions. Key responsibilities Leading roadmapping, prioritization, and performance reviews for client accounts Translating client goals into actionable briefs for design, development, and content teams Proactively identifying account expansion opportunities and managing retainer budgets effectively Required qualifications 5+ years in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a Senior Account Management or Client Success role Proven track record managing retainer accounts and deepening client relationships Technically credible in web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO/AEO, and digital marketing strategy Experience with tools like Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms Full professional English proficiency required
