In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities within a residential setting. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and community integration. Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies. Facilitate recreational and social activities to enhance the quality of life for residents. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of individuals served. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in the field is a plus. Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to various situations and respond calmly in challenging circumstances. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
