Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Document treatment, evaluation, and interventions in health records
• Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Apply psychological counseling techniques suited to inmate needs
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure inmate mental health needs are met

What You Need:

• Valid license/certification as required
• Experience working with mental health assessments and treatment
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• U.S. Citizenship required (facility clearance process takes approximately 3 weeks)
