As a Driver, you provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation while ensuring resident comfort and vehicle safety standards are upheld every trip.What You'll Do:Provide safe transportation to appointments and outingsAssist residents in and out of vehicles and to destinationsMaintain focus on safe driving at all timesConduct pre-trip and monthly vehicle inspectionsMaintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipmentComplete required driving logs and documentationReport resident changes in conditionFollow OSHA, infection control, and safety standardsAssist with activities when not drivingYou play a critical role in resident safety, reliability, and positive community experiences.What We're Looking For:HS Diploma/GED; age 21+Valid driver's license with acceptable driving recordCPR certification (as required)Strong communication and time management skillsAbility to remain calm in emergenciesAbility to operate wheelchair lift and secure mobility devicesPay Range: 19.65 - 24.60Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
