Location: Southern California (Downtown San Diego preferred | Remote flexibility for candidates in LA, OC, Temecula, etc.) The Firm is urgently seeking two Litigation Associates due to increased business demand. The firm is open to experienced law firm attorneys as well as strong solo practitioners seeking a exclusive platform with better work-life balance and partnership potential. Practice Focus Representing businesses, financial institutions, property owners, and commercial entities Qualifications 5+ years of litigation experience Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution Experience with: Drafting motions and pleadings Arguing motions Court appearances Trial preparation / second-chair trial work Able to step in and independently run at least 3 active matters Billables 1900 annual billable requirement Additional Notes Boutique environment with strong growth trajectory Excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial litigators or solo practitioners Firm currently turning away business due to workload demands Interview Process Initial 30-minute video interview with Director of Operations Second-round onsite team meeting (Zoom possible for non-local candidates) Salary The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $230,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
