You collaborate with medical providers and the care team, provide personalized, comprehensive, compassionate care, and advocate for patients, families, and caregivers. Responsibilities Assess patient condition during admission and at each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes in status. Perform procedures, monitoring, or functions as ordered, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care in the patient medical record. Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action if an unintended response occurs. Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate patient needs, and resolve them. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding the medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures. Qualifications Registered Nurse diploma. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start. No travel required. No prior experience required; years of experience not specified.
