If you are a compassionate, team-oriented, and driven individual who is excited about building a culture, we encourage you to apply!About the Role:As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staffing needs and providing supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care to ensure quality resident care on the assigned unit. You will also assist in staff development, provide direct resident care in accordance with established plans, and supervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
