Staff Program ManagerAs a Staff Program Manager, you'll oversee the delivery and performance of our Programs and Services, while building strong customer relationships. From program inception to delivery and beyond, you'll manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and ensure projects stay on track. You will have an opportunity to partner with cross-functional groups to ensure a successful delivery of our IFE products and services. Together, we work collaboratively to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage design installation and development processes from program inception to product deliveryPrepare and analyze data to understand program progress and financial contributionsUnderstand programs' cost justification, recommend priorities and generate schedulesDrive project schedule and adjust execution strategies for on-time deliveryDaily management of programs and proactively identify areas of opportunities and risksRepresent the company in customer meetings and provide management with insights
