UFC GYM Day Spa Lead is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service in our Recovery Centers. We Offer
- Compensation : Commission and bonus based on sales and performance.
- Flexibility : Depending on client needs, we will prioritize your scheduling preferences. We have multiple shifts for you to choose from.
- Growth : We provide online certifications and training. Select courses provide required CEUs to renew your certification(s).
- Paid Training : Learn the fundamentals of sales and growing your business. We offer a paid onboarding program along with ongoing 1:1 coaching.
- UFC GYM : Work for a fitness brand that is internationally famous!
- Focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales.
- Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
- Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
- Conduct safe and effective Recovery sessions using our state of the art modalities.
- Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the Recovery Center.
- Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.
- Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide introductory session for members and guests.
- Assist members and encourage member involvement in the Recovery Center.
- Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, and modality usage).
- Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
- Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Background in customer service and sales.
- Ability to work, setup, and execute successful weekends.
