A well-respected nonprofit organization that is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to help lead a residential treatment program serving adolescents with complex mental health needs. This is an exceptional opportunity for a licensed clinical leader who is passionate about mentoring staff, strengthening clinical programming, and making a lasting impact on the lives of youth and their families. What You'll Do: Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists and transitional care staff. Oversee clinical documentation, treatment planning, and regulatory compliance. Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care. Support family engagement, discharge planning, and successful community reintegration. Lead program development initiatives focused on improving outcomes for youth. Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement, staffing, and clinical operations. Serve as a key member of the program's leadership team. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work or a related human services field LCSW required (Psychologist or Psychiatrist credentials also considered) 3–5 years of experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescents 2+ years of clinical supervisory experience Experience in a residential treatment setting Strong knowledge of OMH regulations, documentation, and regulatory compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Two late evenings each week (12:00 PM–8:00 PM) Why This Opportunity?
