HQ - IT - Technician

IT TechnicianThe IT Technician will provide customer service oriented technical support ensuring total functionality of IT equipment utilized by company staff and library patrons. The IT Technician ensures quality and accuracy of their work in order to maintain IT systems. Effectively communicates technical concepts and requirements in a manner appropriate to given audiences.
