It involves working at heights, handling various tools and equipment, and ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and customer specifications. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.*** Must have some construction experience, be good with hand tools, & have an active driver's license***Core ResponsibilitiesAssisting electricians and installers during solar installationsCarrying out tasks such as bending conduit, stripping and terminating wire, and maintaining an organized job siteAssisting in the installation of solar panel systems, including mounting panels and racking, and wiringUsing hand and power tools to install rackingServicing the solar system as neededLaying out and installing conduit, disconnecting switches and junction boxes correctlyPerforming jobs from high places (i.e. on roofs) including climbing ladders with proper equipment and materialsAdhering to all quality and safety codesRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
