Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for CCU patients across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care in collaboration with the health care team.
- Adhere to established Standards of Nursing Practice and promote cooperation among care team members.
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, implement appropriate interventions, and escalate when needed.
- Document care thoroughly, participate in discharge planning, and support patient and family education.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in California.
- Experience in critical care or high-acuity patient care settings preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced CCU environment.
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills; ability to collaborate within a CNA-represented care team.
- Commitment to accurate documentation and patient safety.
