Epilepsy and Movement Disorder/Market Access Activation Lead

Director, Epilepsy & Movement Disorder (EMD) and Market Access Activation Lead Responsibilities: Translate Brand and functional needs into Global Capabilities plans/roadmaps within BOA. Link Franchise/Function with Global Capability teams; ensure business needs, technology development, adoption, and measurable value. Develop activation plans; assess skill gaps; measure outcomes and adjust rollouts. Represent EMD Franchise and Market Access to Global Capability teams; translate priorities and end‑user needs into actionable inputs; partner on discovery/roadmap/solution design. Embed and roll out new Global Capabilities across EMD/Market Access (e.g., CRM enhancements, dashboards, chatbot, Next Best Action, AI‑enabled tools). Coordinate deployment with Field Activators; drive change management, training, and communications. Drive adoption through mindset/behavior change to ensure measurable business impact. Lead/enable Omnichannel Orchestration execution in collaboration with BOA stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years in Marketing, Omnichannel, or Activation roles. Knowledge of EMD franchise and contribution within the EMD team. Knowledge of Market Access and brand initiatives supporting payers/customers. Proven ability to lead activation initiatives and drive measurable outcomes. Awareness of Product Operating Model and agile methods. Organizational change management training/experience. Proficiency analyzing adoption/utilization/performance data. Strong communication/storytelling; translate complex concepts for field and leadership audiences. Working Requirements: 20–30% travel.
