100% Remote Business Analyst / QA Tester

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Business Analyst / QA Tester to support an enterprise client of ours. This position offers the opportunity to work on advanced data-driven applications, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Required: 3+ years of professional experience in QA Testing and Business Analysis 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst 1+ year of experience as a QA Tester Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories and acceptance criteria Experience working in Agile environments Ability to support complex products and serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders Experience reviewing business requirements and translating them into testable scenarios Experience supporting data-driven applications, software engineering, or web development projects Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for managing user stories, defects, and traceability Experience writing detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios Responsibilities: Gather and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Analyze business requirements and identify testable use cases Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios Log, track, and retest defects through resolution Document and report testing outcomes Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a liaison for complex initiatives Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $55 – $63, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
