Senior Manager, Healthcare Compliance

Cytokinetics seeks a Senior Manager of Healthcare Compliance to develop and oversee a risk-based compliance monitoring framework across global teams. The role ensures adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, manages field monitoring activities, coordinates training programs, and supports the company's compliance program infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain risk-based compliance monitoring and oversight framework across teams
- Conduct nationwide field monitoring of speaker programs, advisory boards, congresses, and field activities
- Design and execute compliance monitoring activities including thematic reviews and targeted assessments
- Develop, assign, and track compliance training; identify gaps and create targeted content
- Prepare monitoring summaries, compliance reports, and risk assessments for documentation and leadership review
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life science compliance matters
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, Compliance, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical and health law compliance
- Field monitoring experience for commercial health science organizations
- Ability to travel up to 25% annually
- Strong analytical and document drafting skills with compliance guidance expertise
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Compensation: $175,500-$204,750 base salary
