What You’ll Do Greet every guest with energy, confidence, and authenticity Guide guests through the menu with knowledge and enthusiasm Make thoughtful recommendations based on what guests will truly enjoy Take accurate orders and ensure timely, correct delivery Stay aware of your section, reading the table and adjusting service accordingly Check in proactively to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues immediately Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting table environment Handle payments efficiently and professionally Support the flow of service by communicating with the kitchen and team Assist teammates, because great service is always a team effort Help maintain cleanliness and readiness of the restaurant at all times Thank every guest sincerely and invite them back Who You Are You’re not just a server, you’re a host, guide, and experience creator .
