Sous Chef, Alteno

Position Overview We’re currently seeking a detail‑obsessed Sous Chef with the leadership skills to motivate an amazing team, all while managing the daily and detailed operations of a high‑volume, fast‑paced scratch kitchen. Responsibilities Assist in all manner of food prep. Supervise line staff and ensure smooth kitchen workflow. Manage inventory and ensure timely stock of ingredients. Provide on‑the‑spot solutions during high‑volume service. Learn from and support the creative chefs in the team. Qualifications Passionate about culinary arts. Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience. Post‑secondary diploma or degree a plus. Advanced knowledge of culinary operations. Strong leadership and proven track record in guest and team member engagement. Experience with financial performance in kitchen operations. Excellent communication, both verbal and written. Flexible and willing to meet demands of a 24‑hour operation.
