PERSONAL TRAINING MANAGER

Recruit, hire, train, and levelup your squad of Personal Trainers
Drive PT revenue like a boss
Turn leads into clients and clients into raving fans
Keep clients coming back with killer service and real results
Read reports, make moves, and coursecorrect like a pro
Oversee program design so every client gets the glowup they came for

WHAT YOU BRING

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree = bonus points
CPR certified
One or more of the following:
- Nationally accredited PT certification
- B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology

* EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS

1-2 years as a Personal Trainer
Management experience leading teams of 3-10 (retail/hospitality/fitness)
Consultative sales experience - We can help people more when they say yes to coaching!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Move around the club like you own it
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, members, and guests
Demonstrate exercises and proper technique
Lift up to 50 lbs (aka: warmup weight)
