Financial Strategist and Independent Entreprenuer

Roland Consulting Services is seeking new business partners at The Miliare Group who provides financial education and client advisory services focused on long-term planning, risk management, and asset protection for individuals and small businesses.

Position: Client Financial Services Associate (Contract)

The Miliare Group is seeking a Client Financial Services Associate to support client education, planning, and service delivery. This role is designed for individuals interested in developing professional skills in financial services within a structured, client-focused environment.

This is an associate role and an excellent entry point to the industry allowing one to build their own book-of-business and ultimately own agency. For those already in the industry we are non-captive and therefore offer some of the best commission structures available all at no-cost to clients. This is a 100% commission role so it is ideal for individuals who are comfortable in this environment (or for those looking to build a side-gig to supplement W2 income). Many start part-time until they build a consistent business.

Responsibilities

Participate in structured onboarding and role-specific training
Assist with preparation of client education materials and plan reviews
Support client meetings and follow-up communications
Analyze basic client financial information to identify planning needs
Learn applicable compliance, documentation, and client service standards
Support business development initiatives through approved marketing activities

Qualifications

18 years of age or older with valid US SSN
Authorized to work in the U.S. with residence in one of the 50 states or its territories
Professional communication skills
Willingness to complete background screening as required
Interest in financial services and client-facing work

Prior experience in financial services is not required. Training is provided.

Compensation

Contract (1099) position
Performance-based compensation structure
Earnings vary based on activity and client engagement
No recruiting-based compensation
