Cybastion is seeking a Director of Sourcing & Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement across eleven countries. You will establish governance frameworks, define regional sourcing strategies, and serve as the authority on complex sourcing decisions at HQ, country, and project levels. You must have 10+ years of international procurement experience, with a track record of building or scaling a procurement function from scratch.
