Dunkin' Donuts - 2455 Lineville Rd - Responsibilities: Coach and develop Restaurant Managers to effectively manage a singular restaurant, including training and development of knowledge in operations, financials, people development, staffing, safety and compliance; Create and execute action plans when objectives are not met and correct underperforming individuals/teams; Communicate and align goals, expectations, and initiatives to Restaurant Managers and ensure cascading communication to all required employees; Lead and develop high-performing Management Team Members through recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance management; Promote guest satisfaction and ensure timely reporting and task completion to maintain compliance with Company, Brand, State, and Federal requirements
