Territory Manager - Multi-Unit Growth & Coaching
Auto Plus
Auto Plus is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee up to ~15 service centers, guiding Store Managers to drive people and performance. This hands-on leadership role requires frequent store visits, decisive problem solving, and a relentless focus on operational and financial results. You will lead profitability and EBITDA growth, coach teams for a superior customer experience, and ensure standards are consistently met across the territory.
