Account Manager (Fully Remote)

- Own the day-to-day relationship on a portfolio of client accounts as their primary point of contact.
- Coordinate internal specialists in influencer, UGC, creative, and paid media for a seamless client experience.
What You'll Do:
- Take clean handoffs from sales, run kickoffs, and hold regular client calls to track project health.
- Track progress, budgets, and timelines, and spot risks early to prevent churn.
- Identify upsell opportunities and keep scope in check.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in account management or client services, ideally in an agency.
- Strong communication, organization, and commercial awareness.
- Working knowledge of influencer marketing or paid social.
