Internal Advisor Consultant

The Internal Advisor Consultant proactively builds business partnerships with advisors in a defined geographic territory. The role partners closely with AdvisorConsultants to maintain current client assets, drive sales, cross‑sell advisors, and convert prospects to clients. IAC is responsible for meeting daily outbound call goals, communicating via email, and following up with advisors. The IAC stays current with portfolio and industry developments and masters all company product and service solutions. Key Responsibilities and Duties Partner with AdvisorConsultants to develop consultative relationships with financial advisors, branch office managers, and sales managers to grow market share of company products within the assigned territory. Coordinate with AdvisorConsultants on developing business and territory management plans. Initiate outbound calls, email, and web conferences with top clients and prospects to market, educate, and promote the company suite of products. Profile advisors and maintain a solid understanding of the company sales process. Manage the team’s pipeline and lead weekly calls to discuss follow‑ups and movement of opportunities through the pipeline funnel. Collaborate across the internal team and share best practices with teammates. Document all advisor activity in the customer management system and update calendars. Support US Wealth Advisory Group campaigns, initiatives, and blitzes as needed on the product suite, including Managed Accounts, Mutual Funds, Closed‑End Funds, ETFs, Alternatives, DCIO, etc. Qualifications University degree (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in securities sales within the financial services industry. Preferred 3+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree. FINRA registrations: Series7, Series66 (or Series63 &65). Strong sales and analytical skills. Knowledge of financial markets (equity and fixed income). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to profile clients and prioritize large amounts of information. Excellent planning, organization, and time‑management skills.
