Print Support Specialist

Job Title

Working independently to provide triage support to the print environment at a large hospital.

Location: Milwaukee WI

Pay Rate: $20.00- $21.00/hr

Duration: 3 months+

Hours: 8-5pm, M-F

Daily tasks include delivering toner, executing "triage" break fix activities (check for jams, identify what may be causing the client's issue). If the candidate had experience in printer breakfix, that would be ideal, but not necessarily a dealbreaker if they do not. Service now experience is also a plus. There is a lot of walking, some driving to different locations, and lifting is required. Someone with energy and attention to detail. Experience in fixing machines is a definite plus. Ability to multitask. Our associates walk a great deal within their campuses, and lift printers and small multifunction machines. All associates have a desk area to work at with seating when not interacting with an end user on their ticket.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred
• IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support)
• Technical Training & Certifications: HP Certifications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers, and company products
