Responsibilities

Counties Served: Mecklenburg County, Catawba County, Cabarrus County, Hickory County, Iredell County, Lincoln County and surrounding counties

Duties include:

• CNA / HHA Certification Preferred
• Assisting with personal care tasks (grooming, bathing, dressing)
• Administering medication reminders
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Meal Prep
• Performing light housekeeping
• Monitoring health conditions
• Running errands
• Maintaining records
• Attending mandatory PCA training.
• The role requires knowledge of personal care, skills in communication, time management, and problem-solving. Previous experience is preferred, and good physical and mental health is necessary to meet the demands of the position.
  

Pre-screening requirements:

• Must be willing to complete a TB test
• Must be willing to complete background checks
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to provide at least 2 PROFESSIONAL references
