This isn't just a job, it's a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.In the role of Project Manager, we'll count on you to:Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out)Manage and coordinate several projects concurrentlyEstablish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsConduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholdersCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and scheduleMitigate and manage project risk(s)Work with the Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresSupervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers10-20% Travel to project sites, including international if neededControl project budget, scope, and schedule Forecasting, Invoicing and contract managementCreate vital proposal content including scope, schedule and budgetPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma, Procore, BIM360 Docs, BIM360 Field, and BluebeamDemonstrated experience in working with multi-disciplined teams of Architects, Engineers, and Designers.PMP certificationMaster's degreeExcellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.Availability to frequently travel locally to project locations (~50%) and regional sites as needed (<10%)Active in area industry associationsExperience in one or more of the following market sectors: Aerospace, Mission Critical, Commercial, Healthcare, Science and Technology, Industrial, and AviationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience7 years related experienceA minimum of 2 years project management experienceMust have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustPrimary Location: United States-Kansas-Overland ParkOther Locations: United States-Missouri-Kansas City, United States-Missouri-St Louis, United States-Kansas-Wichita, United States-Missouri-SpringfieldIndustry: Building EngineeringSchedule: Full-timeEmployee Status: Regular BusinessClass: Program Management
