Enhance your career with a leading construction firm.Job DescriptionProject Manager OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.Serve as the primary contact for owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts, ensuring financial performance and efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives and maintain strong client relationships.Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and schedule milestones.Support preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, constructability reviews, and value engineering.Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.Opportunity to manage projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million in value.Project Manager Key Responsibilities & DutiesLead construction projects through planning, procurement, execution, and closeout phases.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.Coordinate with stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify potential issues and solutions.Manage subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change orders.Monitor project costs, productivity, and financial performance, optimizing efficiency.Conduct regular project meetings and ensure timely reporting.Collaborate with Superintendents to maintain quality standards and jobsite safety.Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies proactively.Project Manager Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of project management experience with commercial general contractors.Experience managing projects valued between $5 million and $50 million preferred.Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
