Contract Recruiter

Job Title: Contract Recruiter Industry: SaaS / Cybersecurity Location: Columbia, MD Assignment Type: Contract through end of 2026 Pay: $30–$32/hour Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule; Tuesday and Wednesday onsite. Standard business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility for 30–40 hours per week. Benefits This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client Addison Group is partnering with a rapidly growing technology organization in the cybersecurity space to identify a Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys managing active candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring initiatives, particularly within sales and go-to-market functions Source and engage both active and passive candidates through a variety of recruiting channels Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future openings Track candidate activity and recruiting progress within the applicant tracking system Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to support workforce planning efforts Follow up with interview teams to collect and document feedback in a timely manner Utilize recruiting technologies and sourcing tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience Support additional recruiting or HR-related initiatives as needed Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required Previous experience recruiting for inside sales, sales development, or go-to-market roles strongly preferred Experience within SaaS or technology environments is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a hybrid and partially remote work environment Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies preferred Bachelor’s degree required Additional Details Team Size: 4 Company Size: Approximately 2,000 employees Reason for Opening: Growth within the department Interview Process: Virtual interview with hiring manager followed by onsite team interview Start Date: June 2026 Managerial Style: Collaborative and hands-off management approach; ideal for someone who works well independently Ideal Candidate Profile: Self-motivated recruiter with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and experience supporting fast-paced hiring environments Perks Opportunity to work with a well-established and innovative technology organization Exposure to a fast-growing cybersecurity environment Collaborative recruiting team with strong leadership support Hybrid work schedule with flexibility Chance to contribute to ongoing growth initiatives and recruiting strategy Equal Opportunity Employer Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
