Job Description Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant (MA) Pulse Staffing - Clinic & Outpatient Settings Job Summary: Pulse Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant (MA) to support healthcare providers in clinic and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care. Responsibilities:

- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Assist providers with exams and procedures
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection (if applicable)
- Administer injections and medications as directed
- Update and maintain accurate patient records
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Provide clear communication and translation support for patients
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Minimum of 1 year of Neurology experience
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) required
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of MA experience (clinic preferred)
- Phlebotomy and EMR experience a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
