I. JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description Summary: For over 32 years, the Office of International Medicine Programs (IMP) at the George Washington University (GW) School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) has cultivated global partnerships to create transformational mutual exchange in medical education, training, and research. IMP's goal is to provide life changing opportunities to build the capacity of other countries and share the latest advances in medicine and healthcare. As a pioneer in international medical education, training, and research, IMP has developed, coordinated, and completed over 150 projects in more than 50 countries, touching the lives of 15,000+ healthcare professionals, students, and patients around the globe. The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative, management, and project tracking support for a project acquired by the Office of International Programs in partnership with Ibn Sina University for Medical Sciences (ISUMS) Faculty of Medicine in Jordan. The position also serves as the primary liaison among all parties involved in the project, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and successful project implementation.
