Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Havencrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a premier provider of healthcare services in Monongahela, PA. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our residents by assisting with food preparation, serving, and cleaning in our dining areas. Responsibilities:
• Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables, and cooking and heating food according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
• Serve meals to residents in our dining areas, ensuring each meal is presented attractively and served with a smile
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, including equipment, utensils, and dishes, to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Restock supplies, including food, beverages, and linens, as needed
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
