Responsibilities Support teachers in the supervision and management of children in the school, preschool, or early intervention programs. Work one on one with children to assist with daily activities in the classroom. Attend to the physical needs of students including mobility needs, recess support, daily and functional living skills, etc. Helps to maintain an organized classroom environment by managing student behavior, implementing classroom rules, and supporting transitions between activities. Collect data and write progress notes. Qualifications A high school diploma is required. At least 1 year of experience in child care, child development, or education is preferred.
