Job Description
Title: Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics

Schedule:
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Shift Type: Days

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 42 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:
- License: Active Occupational Therapy License in the state
- Experience: Prior experience in school settings

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for children from birth to five years old.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children's development.
- Provide direct therapy services to children with various developmental needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and educational staff regarding child progress.
- Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes.

Compliance / Notes:
- Candidate will only be paid for hours worked. No pay for school holidays or closures.
- Time off requests must be submitted in advance.
