POSITION: ReceptionistDEPARTMENT: Human ResourcesREPORTS TO: Human Resources ManagerFLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-ExemptSummaryLegends Global has an excellent and immediate opening for a Receptionist for Legends Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.This position is assigned to the executive reception areas in Gate F. The primary responsibility is answering and directing calls from the main phone system, assisting visitors with queries and concerns, providing information and directing them to the correct internal or external entities. Maintain office forms, clerical responsibilities, and stock supplies as needed.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward telephone callsAnswer routine telephone inquiries, event-specific or general inquiriesGreets and welcomes guests and directs them to specific locationsHandles faxes and deliveriesProvides typing and clerical support as neededContact staff to maintain clean, fully stocked meeting roomsPrevent security issues by ensuring every guest that enters the building has proper credentialsRestock promotional items in the main lobby, as neededAll other duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
