We're Hiring! Foster Care Case Manager – Refugee Services

Jackson, MI | Teen Boys Group Home $47,000.00 annually Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Want to make a real impact? Join our team and support teen boys in foster care as they build safety, stability, and a brighter future. In this role, you'll provide case management, mentoring, placement coordination, and advocacy for youth who need a strong, caring adult in their corner.

What You'll Do:

Manage a caseload & build supportive relationships
Provide casework, engagement, & community referrals
Handle intake, placement, and transportation
Collaborate with caregivers, courts, and partner agencies
Participate in rotating on-call support

What You Need:

Bachelor's in Social Work or related field
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
Child welfare experience preferred
