Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide customer service. Describe menu items and answer guest questions. Quickly and accurately take orders and payment both behind the cashier counter and on the drive‑thru. Work with a sense of urgency to keep long lines moving. Assist and serve other team members and guests. Distribute food orders to guests and rhyme order numbers. Take catering and take‑out orders over the phone. Verify accuracy of online, catering, and phone orders; accept payment; serve alcoholic beverages to guests aged 21 or older; help guests plan special events. Pay and Scheduling Base rate $20 per hour. Additional $2 per hour for all hours worked after 11pm, $2 per hour for working outside in temperatures below 33°F, and $3 per hour for holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, July4, Christmas Eve, NewYear’s Day).
