Design and lead engaging recreational activities
Create a safe and structured environment
Adapt programming to youth needs
Support treatment goals
Engage and supervise youth
Collaborate with care teams

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
1–3 years of experience with at-risk youth
Strong communication skills
Valid MI Driver’s License
Ability to pass background checks
