We empower employees with curated development plans that foster growth and promote rewarding, fulfilling careers.Join HCSC and be part of a purpose-driven company that will invest in your professional development.# # **Job Summary**### The Executive Director will define the enterprise Payment Integrity strategy across all line of business, including opportunity identification, prioritization, and roadmap development.### **Required Job Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, computer science or business / economics* 15+ years experience leading cross-functional teams in data product development or innovation strategy* 7 years of leadership experience* Leadership and strategic decision making skills* Executive level communication skills* Relationship management and customer satisfaction* Problem solving / analytical thinking* Knowledge of change management, planning, and communication techniques* Experience in strategic partnerships, evaluations, due diligence* Database architecture and storage, infrastructure, and integration technologies experience* Previous experience overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs* Experience translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases* Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROIThis is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.### **Are you being referred to one of our roles?
