Position: Associate Director, Field Leadership Sales Training Location: Remote Duration: 18 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: RemotePay Rate: $ 5 / HrIf your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.Overview: TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients worldwide.Job Description: As the Associate Director of Field Leadership Sales Training reporting to the Director, Global Sales Excellence Training will lead Field Leadership curriculum creation and execution for the Sales team, development of field leader competencies and new RD Learning journey.This role will expand the learning journey for new and tenured sales leaders through creation of coaching curriculum, best in class on-boarding for new RD's and competencies for sales leaders.The primary responsibility will be with leadership with potential global expansion.The successful leader will be a dynamic, experienced individual with a strong track record of sales training curriculum development and implementation, sales leadership training, team leadership experience across various settings and topics in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.They should have the proven ability to manage complex projects effectively, influence stakeholders without authority, effectively network across the organization, and communicate with senior leaders, all within a fast-moving, challenging, and dynamic Commercial environment.Essential Duties and Job Functions: Experience in curriculum development, project management, executive presence, facilitation expertise and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.Experience and skills in sales leadership and sales leadership trainingClear and Concise written communicationWork with (key contributor) and Affiliate Commercial Learning & Development to: Develop/enhance Sales Curriculum for first line leaders and complete learning journeyField Leader Competency creation and implementation that supports sales and cross-functional competenciesCreate and implement New RD learning Journey for the 1st year of onboardingReview the inventory of existing training to determine viability for reuse or adaptation at a global level, with a focus on optimizing/building what drives the most impact at scale.Collaborate with client and global stakeholders to define desired performance outcomes and the required behaviors, skills, and knowledge needed by different roles to deliver them.Determine content changes required for existing training curricula or work with external vendors to design and build new content.Incorporate motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience and maximize learning and retention.Assure competencies and corresponding training to achieve competitiveness and operational excellence.Demonstrate strong and complex project managementEnsure stakeholders are engaged throughout training development, continuously incorporating feedback to ensure relevance and inclusion.Demonstrate Leadership without authorityLead by example, respecting client's core values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, excellence, and inclusion.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years' Experience ORMasters' Degree and Ten Years' Experience ORPhD and Eight Years' ExperiencePreferred Qualifications: Poses the ability to establish credibility as an expert in Leadership Training and DevelopmentDemonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling training to large audiences.Demonstrated ability to connect and align stakeholders of diverse backgrounds.Proven ability to lead collaborative and creative problem-solving and overcome resistance or barriers.Demonstrated excellence in program management, project management, change management, and managing multiple projects/priorities.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. xhyhwjd TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
