Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience. Must obtain license to sell P& C insurance in the state of Illinois within 30 days of hire.
