Title: Oak Street Health New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Location: Glendale, 2240 E 53rd St B 1, Indianapolis, IN 46220 Fellowship Program Description Start your NP career in the future of healthcare through Oak Street Health’s NP Fellowship in Adult Primary Care. The 12‑month paid fellowship, delivered in collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing, focuses on the value‑based care model that rewards quality over quantity. Fellows build their own patient panel, learn from multiple preceptors, and engage in didactic content that builds on, rather than repeats, graduate training. All fellows commit to working at Oak Street for at least one year following program completion.
