Light Assembler & Packer – 3 Day Weekends! (1st Shift)

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Enjoy every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!

What You Will Do:

As a Light Assembler & Packer, you will use basic tools to put together small components and package finished products so they are ready to ship.

• Assemble metal, plastic, or composite parts using basic hand tools and rivet guns .
• Follow easy-to-read diagrams and work instructions to align parts perfectly.
• Pack completed products into boxes and label them accurately.
• Stack finished boxes onto pallets and secure them using shrink wrap.
• Rotate between different assembly and packing stations to keep the day moving fast.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

What We Are Looking For:

If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work, we want to talk to you!

• Experience: At least 6 months of manufacturing, packing, or assembly experience.
• Skills: Experience using basic hand and power tools (rivet gun experience is a plus!).
• Reliability: A rock-solid history of good attendance and arriving on time.
• Mindset: Comfort doing repetitive tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schiller Park, IL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Schiller Park,IL.
