We are currently searching for a Senior Director, Corporate Partnership Operations for our Corporate Partnerships team. The Senior Director leads people and strategy for the operations team, overseeing processing of all in‑kind donations, coordination with logistics and inventory management, and compliance with the organization’s gift acceptance policy. The role also drives continuous improvement initiatives, leverages technology, and expands in‑kind shipping and cold storage strategies to maximize global impact. The Senior Director manages a portfolio exceeding $120 M in gift‑in‑kind product annually. Note: The ideal candidate will work hybrid from our corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK; however all qualified candidates nationwide will be considered. Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent with emphasis in business, communications or another related field is preferred. Experience 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate partnerships, corporate sales/business development or operations, including senior‑level responsibility for year‑over‑year revenue growth, especially for consumer packaged goods or donated products. Demonstrated people‑management experience, including hiring, coaching and development, goal setting and performance management. High proficiency in operational excellence, ensuring consistent project management and documentation of plans, deliverables, and outcomes with accuracy and accountability. Experience setting strategy and assigning responsibilities based on team capacity, strengths and client needs; establishing clear expectations and timelines. Experience forecasting revenue and translating revenue/activation plans into operational requirements while proactively mitigating delivery risk. Experience leading continuous improvement projects (e.g., Kaizen) that deliver measurable outcomes. Proven success overseeing multiple workstreams simultaneously while coordinating across internal teams to create alignment and efficiencies. Strong negotiation, influence and conflict‑resolution skills; able to navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and executive presence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint. Essential Functions Strategy and Planning Lead strategy development for the Corporate Partnership Operations team, document annual plans, budgets and KPIs; collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment with key stakeholders. Collaborate with VP, Corporate Partnerships and Cause Marketing to build annual and multi‑year GIK budget and growth plans, revenue and expenses. Partner with US Mission Impact to forecast program implementation support and needs tied to partner commitments; coordinate with Marketing & Communications, Finance and Operations to anticipate constraints and mitigate delivery risks. Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement and increase operational efficiency using lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or other tools. Partner with stakeholders to identify key innovation projects, including increased third‑party donated services (e.g., shipping, cold storage) and build strategies to support implementation. Develop international GIK strategy, tactics and processes with International Operations. Identify emerging donated product industry trends to inform fundraising opportunities and educate the team. Oversee the donated product portfolio supporting Feed the Children’s community partner network; focus growth on products aligning with beneficiary needs. Lead team in stewarding and growing the organization’s gift‑in‑kind fundraising approach; set portfolio strategy and engagement standards. Ensure the team maintains documented renewal plans, timelines and solicitations in the CRM; coach account planning discipline and drive execution. Monitor and report all partner activities/results to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure inbound donor inquiries align with gift acceptance policy and organizational goals. Oversee donation processing, activation and reporting, ensuring high‑quality delivery and consistent partner experience from commitment to closeout. Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual budget and KPI reporting is accurate and timely. Collaborate to create alignment and efficiencies for partnership implementation by establishing playbooks, timelines and cross‑functional routines. Serve as operations lead on cross‑functional investigations of product diversions and security issues. Provide guidance on new reporting and inventory technologies as needed. Leadership and Team Management Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws, including goal setting, coaching, training, performance appraisal and hiring. Model best practices in donor and stakeholder relationship management and execution. Additional Responsibilities Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Establish an environment of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and quality. Model professional and personal leadership aligned with the organization’s values. Domestic travel required up to 15%. Attend relevant and key Feed the Children campaign and organizational events as necessary. Support events and perform related duties as required.
