What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire your team to provide fast, friendly, and high-quality service
- Drive top-line sales and profitability through smart decision-making and team development
- Ensure smooth daily operations in compliance with Dunkin’ and franchisee standards, as well as all applicable laws
- Train, coach, and develop crew members to reach their full potential
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
