Roofing Foreman 42 to 53 an Hour Hopkins, MN Job Description Horizon Roofing is looking for motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be able to communicate with Foreman to achieve daily project goals, work at heights, and perform tasks such as installing and repairing roofs, removing old materials, and maintaining work areas. Pre-Employment Screening: Physical, Drug Screening, and Background check required. Responsibilities Install and repair roofs, flashings, and surfaces. Remove old roofing materials (tear off). Sweep and clean roofs; prepare for new materials. Set ladders, scaffolds, and hoists; transport materials. Lay insulation and roofing membrane; install vapor and air barrier systems. Inspect and maintain equipment; manage crew and job site; read shop drawings and blueprints. Communicate with clients, vendors, and management; document daily reports/videos. Safety: follow OSHA policies; use PPE; manage fall protection; signal cranes/forklifts. Quality control and training of other crew members. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years related roofing experience; working knowledge of blueprint reading and roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.). Valid driver’s license; ability to read and interpret technical documents. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented; able to work safely at heights.
