This professional is responsible for understanding customer needs, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring that vehicles are serviced effectively and efficiently. They must deliver high levels of customer service satisfaction while maintaining effective communication between customers, technicians, and management.ResponsibilitiesOversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
