Ready Now Restoration is looking for a proven relationship-builder who wants more control over both their income and their impact. You will be in the Chattanooga market building partnerships with plumbers, property managers, contractors, and other professionals who regularly encounter property damage—and turning those relationships into recurring revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Build and own referral relationships across Chattanooga, from first introduction to repeat business.

• Open doors, earn trust, and make RNR the first call when partners need a responsive restoration team.

• Turn opportunities into projects, track your pipeline, and follow through on every commitment.

• Coordinate with operations to deliver a professional experience for partners and customers.

Requirements

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A self-directed salesperson with a track record of developing relationships that produce measurable business. You are comfortable prospecting, asking for business, and following up consistently.

Strong backgrounds include restoration, roofing, plumbing/HVAC, construction services, property management/vendor relations, outside B2B sales, and referral partnerships. An existing Chattanooga network is valuable, but not required if you can build one.

This is a local, field-based role with regular in-person partner meetings throughout Chattanooga. Some separately compensated field assistance may also be needed.

COMPENSATION & ENGAGEMENT

This is a 1099 contractor opportunity with uncapped, performance-based compensation. $200,000+ is earning potential for top performers, not a guaranteed base salary or guaranteed annual income. Actual earnings depend on production, results, and the compensation agreement.
