NGS Associate Scientist: Sequencing, QC & Library Prep

Seeds Renewables in Boston, MA is seeking a hands-on sequencing technician to operate and maintain Illumina and Oxford Nanopore platforms, perform QC, and prepare DNA/RNA libraries. You will manage inventory of DNA, RNA, libraries and reagents, document run performance in an ELN, and meet maintenance schedules with minimal supervision.
